Welcome to Your Professional Development Platform

Find the right help for your organization's modules — eLearn, weCLIMB, and Performance Review.

This help center covers your organization’s professional development platform. Whether you’re completing required training, reviewing observation feedback, or managing evaluations — you’ll find step-by-step guidance here.

Your organization may use one, two, or all three modules below. Check the left sidebar after logging in to see which are available to you.

Formal performance evaluations using rubrics and rating scales.

Performance Review uses the same form sets and rubrics as weCLIMB but follows a formal evaluation workflow with defined review periods.

When you log in, My Dashboard shows activity from all your enabled modules. Each tab displays a badge count so you can see what needs attention:

  • Observations — Recent and upcoming observations
  • Courses — In-progress and required training
  1. Click your name in the top navigation
  2. Select Profile
  3. Update your name, email, job title, and profile image
  4. Click Save Changes

The Reports menu in the sidebar shows reports for each enabled module. You’ll only see reports for modules your organization has enabled.

  • eLearn Reports — Progress, transcripts, assessment results
  • Observation Reports — Summaries, status, organization totals
  • Performance Reports — Review results and summaries
