Accessing Your Learning Content

You can access your assigned learning content through several organized sections that help you find and launch courses, assessments, and other educational materials.

Content Organization

Your learning content is organized into several main areas:

Content Libraries

Collections of related courses and materials grouped by topic, subject area, or learning objective. Content libraries help you explore comprehensive learning resources around specific themes.

Learning Paths

Structured sequences of courses designed to build skills progressively. Learning paths guide you through a logical progression of learning materials.

Individual Content

Standalone courses, assessments, videos, and documents that you can access directly without following a prescribed sequence.

Browsing Content Libraries

1. Navigate to Learn → Content Libraries
2. Browse available libraries using the card view
3. Click on any library to explore its contents
4. Use the search bar to find specific libraries by name
5. Filter by topics, skills, or subjects using the sidebar

Viewing Library Contents

When you select a content library:

1. Use the left sidebar to filter content by categories
2. Apply status filters to view:
   • Completed - Content you’ve finished
   • Required - Mandatory assignments
   • Not Started - Available content you haven’t begun
   • In Progress - Content you’ve started but not completed
3. Click the play button on any item to launch the content

Accessing Learning Paths

1. Go to Learn → Learning Paths
2. Select a learning path from the available options
3. View the structured sequence of courses within the path
4. Launch individual courses or follow the recommended order
5. Track your progress through the entire path

Finding Specific Content Types

Courses

Access comprehensive learning modules with multiple lessons, activities, and assessments.

1. Navigate to Learn → Courses
2. Browse by content type (Courses, Assessments, etc.)
3. Use topic filters to narrow your search
4. Apply status filters to find content at different completion stages

Videos

Standalone video content for specific learning topics.

1. Go to Learn → Videos
2. Browse available video content
3. Filter by completion status or requirements
4. Launch videos directly from the list

Documents and PDFs

Reference materials, guides, and reading assignments.

1. Access through Learn → Documents or within content libraries
2. Download or view documents directly in your browser
3. Track completion for required reading materials

Viewing Assigned Content

Dashboard Overview

Your Learn dashboard shows:

• Continue Content - Resume courses you’ve started
• Required Content - Mandatory assignments with due dates
• Quick access to content libraries and learning paths

Required Assignments

Required content appears with special indicators:

• Yellow highlighting for required items
• Due date information when applicable
• Asterisk (*) symbol marking mandatory completion

Tracking Progress

Monitor your learning progress through:

• Completion status indicators on each piece of content
• Progress bars showing percentage complete
• Completion dates for finished materials
• Status updates (Not Started, In Progress, Completed)

Launching Different Content Types

Starting Courses

1. Click the play button on any course
2. The course player opens with navigation controls
3. Progress through lessons using Next and Previous buttons
4. Your progress saves automatically as you complete sections

Taking Assessments

1. Click to launch any assessment
2. Review instructions and time limits if applicable
3. Complete questions and submit when finished
4. View results and retake if allowed and necessary

Viewing Videos

1. Launch videos using the play button
2. Use standard video controls (play, pause, seek)
3. Progress tracks automatically as you watch
4. Videos mark as complete when you finish viewing

Opening Documents

1. Click on PDF or document content to open
2. View in your browser or download to your device
3. Mark as complete when you finish reading
4. Some documents may include interactive elements

Understanding Content Status

Status	Description
Not Started	Content available but not yet accessed
In Progress	Content partially completed
Completed	Content finished successfully
Failed	Assessment not passed (if applicable)
Required	Mandatory assignment

Search and Filtering

Use the available filters to find specific content:

Search Options

• Search by content name or item number
• Use keywords to find relevant materials
• Search across all content types simultaneously

Category Filters

Filter content by:

• Topics - Subject matter areas
• Skills - Specific competencies being developed
• Subjects - Academic or professional disciplines

Status Filters

View content by completion status:

• Show only required assignments
• Display completed materials for review
• Find content you’ve started but not finished
• Identify materials you haven’t accessed yet

Your learning content updates dynamically as new materials are assigned or as you complete existing coursework. Check your dashboard regularly for new assignments and to continue your professional development progress.
