Learn about the different types of assessments available and how they work within the platform.
The Learn module provides comprehensive assessment capabilities to evaluate learning progress and measure professional development outcomes. You can create, assign, and track various types of assessments to support your organization’s learning objectives.
Types of Assessments
Section titled “Types of Assessments”Standalone assessments that test specific knowledge or skills. Exams can include:
- Multiple choice questions
- Multiple selection questions
- Short answer responses
- Mixed question types
Exams are ideal for certification requirements, skills validation, or knowledge checks.
Quizzes
Section titled “Quizzes”Embedded assessments within guided content that reinforce learning. Quizzes help learners:
- Check understanding of key concepts
- Practice skills in context
- Receive immediate feedback
- Identify areas needing review
Certification Assessments
Section titled “Certification Assessments”Comprehensive evaluations that lead to credential awards. These assessments:
- Require passing scores to earn certificates
- May have prerequisites or completion requirements

Assessment vs Guided Content

Proctored vs Unproctored Sessions

Getting Started
